Hotel Sirius is set in a charming, historic bulding, in the heart of the spa town of Karlovy Vary overlooking the gardens of Antonin Dvorak, close to the colonnade with curative mineral springs. The hotel was reconstructed in 2008 and reopened its doors to its guests.

The Sirius' spa area offers a variety of massages and full-body treatments. A relaxing sauna is also at guests' disposal. The balneo-wellness centre of the hotel offers to its guests аn entire list of the provided services which is unusually long: different bath types, shower «Sharcot», varieties of massages, individual inhalation solutions, lymph, magnetic, ultrasound, gas injections, peeling etc.

The restaurant serves Czech and international cuisine. The chef also prepares special diet menus on request. Guests can enjoy their meals in the elegant dining area or in the winter garden. A bar and a café are also on site.

Treatment is provided in the spa center of the hotel. The hotel accepts children from 6 years old. Primary survey of children is carried out in sanatorium „Lázně III", appointment of procedures in hotel Sirius.

Treatment is available: Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 17:30, Saturday: 8:00 – 12:00, Sunday: closed
